The NEPIM network (Network for the promotion of sustainable consumption in the European Regions), which is currently led by the Catalan Consumer Agency, is looking for new regional bodies from different countries in the EU who are willing to join the network.

The consumer interregional network project NEPIM was born in 2004 in the framework of the European regional funds INTERREG, to study the needs, possibilities and expectations of a cooperation between regional authorities and regional consumer organisations. The network became a non-profit international association, created and registered in accordance with the legal system of Belgium, where its registered office is officially settled since 2009.

Nowadays, the NEPIM network counts 13 regional bodies from 8 EU Member States and Morocco. Its main objective is to have regional member bodies from 14 Member States in order to take part in the EU Consumer Programme 2014- 2020.
